Charming cottage in traditional style, in Sandnäset 700 m from Luleälven. The cottage has three rooms, a bedroom with two beds, a living room and a small but functional kitchen. Small but cozy covered terrace with room for table and 2-3 chairs. Next to the terrace there is a shower and toilet. You have the cottage to yourself! Beach is located at Sandnäsudden (about 1 km). Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. A cosy chalet of around 60 sqm, all comfort that can accommodate 5 people. it has a room downstair for two people and a second one on the loft for three people. It also has a private bathroom, full-equipped kitchen and a comfortable open living room. Every chalet has its own private terrace.

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 2 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

About 15 minutes from the center of Luleå, about 15 minutes from Luleå airport by car. The house works both summer and winter. You can experience the northern lights in the winter and midnight sun in the summer. High standard, outdoor furniture, fully equipped for self-catering, Wifi, smart TVs , dishwasher , washing machine.  

The outdoor house at Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

Welcome to a nice and cozy courtyard house with a central location – close to the city's offerings but still located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We, as a host family, live in the main building on the same property and often spend time out in the yard. A nice dog also moves freely on the property. Suitable for those who want peace and quiet with the northern lights that may light up the sky.
