Access to a sauna and exercise facilities on the farm. Only a 5-minute walk to the ski trail, river and bus. A 15-minute walk to the grocery store and a 15-minute bus ride to the town centre and train station. The airport can be reached in 40 minutes.

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 1 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

About 15 minutes from the center of Luleå, about 15 minutes from Luleå airport by car. The house works both summer and winter. You can experience the northern lights in the winter and midnight sun in the summer. The outdoor house at Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

Relax with the whole family/friends in this peaceful home. Close to the beach, catch the sunset at the pier 75 meters from this little unique place. Take the basket down to the jetty and just soak up the calm, exhilaration and the magnificent view. Cycle into the center of Luleå in 25 minutes. Take an archipelago boat to one of our islands or just have dinner at one of our reputable restaurants and then cycle home again.

The smaller terrace has a café table and two chairs. You can access your own toilet and shower via the terrace. Best reached by car as there is no public transportation offered to this area. Parking available free of charge.

There is a wood-fired sauna to use and an open fireplace. Bedlinen and towels are included. TV can be used by connecting a computer or phone. The bus stop is about 200 meters from the cottage.
