Mountain retreat "Tiny-home" cottage with loft, attached to the main house but entirely private. Complete with Air Conditioning! This is a peaceful escape from the hustle & bustle of town, surrounded by nature- 15 minutes from the center of Kona. You must be able to climb a ladder up to the loft bed. Situated on the island's western side at a cool 1300ft elevation, this small cottage is suitable for two people. Privacy is the keyword. This is a quiet, clean, peaceful place with A/C. It is near the airport, town, and beautiful beaches, located in a safe, affluent neighborhood. After the lava eruption on the other side of the island in 2018 subsided, we are now thrilled to have the best air quality and blue skies since 2007!

We are conveniently located about five minutes from the airport and 10-15 minutes to some of the most popular beaches. We are approximately 10-15 minutes from downtown shopping. This is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Please note there is no oven or stove and we are located on a busy street.
