Bjelila is a small peninsula in the Tivat Bay, which is part of the Bay of Kotor. In Bjelila there are 15 old stone houses. It is a famous fishing village with an exceptionally clean, transparent sea. It is ideal for a quiet family vacation. The apartment is located on the first floor of our house. It is intended for 4 people, but if you need it for more people on the ground floor there is another two-bedroom apartment for four people. Tourist tax is payable on arrival - adult 1€/night, children (12-18 years 0.70/nigt)

MARETA III - waterfront

Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

The apartment consists of open plan living room, full kitchen and dining area, attached to the terrace offering unforgettable view over the Bay of Kotor. Mountain and see view. Gina house is located in a small picturesque village of Kakrc. The small village is filled with old stone houses, and surrounded by water. The heart of house is its terrace that sits right on the water, overlooking the beautiful Mount Lovćen. Kakrc is located in a prime location on Luštica Peninsula. it is 20 min away from Tivat and Kotor where you can go out and explore, shop, enjoy the local cuisine, but also close to some of the most beautiful beaches Montenegro has to offer.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
