A bright apartment with about 90 m² awaits you divided into three bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a separate walk-in toilet. Free parking is available. The second bedroom is available from the 3rd paying guest, the third bedroom again from the 4th guest.

is twelve minutes from the tram station and train ,there are two large shopping malls within five minutes by car and downtown Graz by car ten minutes and the airport five kilometers. The room has pleasant temperatures in summer. Hosts can also use the terrace. There is a chance of a little football with small goals in the garden outside the house. We also have the possibility of renting 1 or 2 bicycles.
