The ®Hoam House is a chalet of a special kind. With its loft style, it's a place where you can relax and unwind. Our highlight: a heated pool that is used as a hot tub in winter – with a panoramic view of the Alps and close to Graz. Whether it's a relaxing getaway or a city break, you'll find everything your heart desires here. The living room has 2+2 beds (incl. comfort sofa). Right next door is the gym, which is shared with Schmoltis Chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to your visit!

Our vacation home is located by the lake, consists of four apartments (sleeping/living area in one), laundry room (incl. dryer) sauna + steam shower. Well secured, only separated from the house by an access road. It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely.
