Our house consists of two apartments and is located south of Vienna. By car or bus/train, the transport connection to Vienna is provided. The apartment on the upper floor is available for our guests. Shared use: house entrance (but own apartment entrance door), garden, pool (in summer in good weather, not heated and not secured)

Garden can be used. Supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants and coffee houses etc. in the immediate vicinity. The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.

In the garden there is a small house where you can cook or warm food. A microwave, hot plate and dishes are available. In just a few steps you can reach the train (S60), which will take you to Vienna Central Station in 12 minutes. There is also a bus station to Schwechat in front of the door, free bicycle

In 15 minutes you can take the train to Vienna Central Station, and in 10 minutes you can take the bus to Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.
