Dear guests, We rent out our approx. 70 sqm trade fair/project/holiday apartment (upper floor & attic, detached two-family house). The highway (A 52) is 4 minutes away, 15-20 minutes to Düsseldorf, the trade fair and Mönchengladbach. On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, hallway as well as the bright, large living room (32 sqm) and adjoining loggia. On the top floor is the bedroom with a view of the fields (sunset). The loggia (south-facing) overlooking the garden invites you to linger.

Signal Tower City

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Welcome to our “Broicher-Nest”! We rent a trade fair or vacation apartment in Kaarst near Düsseldorf. It is located in the west of Kaarst on a quiet street. The apartment has a size of about 45 square meters and is fully furnished. It consists of a large living area, a kitchen with dining table, a shower toilet and a separate sleeping area. The layout is designed for 2 people, but there is also space for families with up to 2 children (by arrangement).

In each room there is an Ultra HD TV that is available in almost any language. Wi-Fi and parking are free.

Relax in this peaceful natural paradise right by the lake – the water is less than 20 steps away. Perfect for fishing, cycling and relaxing in nature. A paddleboard, an inflatable boat, two bicycles, sports equipment, a gaming room and a high-quality projector for cosy film evenings are available. Restaurants, forests and many leisure activities are nearby.

Pretty 2-room apartment

It is a whole apartment on the second floor in a detached house. Communication only takes place via Airbnb. An accommodation fee of €3 must be paid to the city of Kaarst since 1.1.2025. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to park two bikes safely. For additional towels and bed linen, we charge a usage fee of €5.00 per person.

Vergiss deine Sorgen – in dieser geräumigen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Es ist ein 1,40 x 2 Meter Bett vorhanden, sofern zwei Gäste buchen möchten, wichtig als Hinweis. Die S-Bahn ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Damit kann man Mönchengladbach, Neuss oder Düsseldorf erreichen. Auch Köln ist mit einem Umstieg leicht zu erreichen.
