Unique and charming beach cottage on the waterfront overlooking Gamborg Fjord, Fønsskov and Lillebælt. Undisturbed location on a south-facing slope with a large enclosed wooden terrace, private beach and bridge. Possibility of fishing, swimming and hiking in nature. Located 5 km from Middelfart and the Funen highway. The beach cottage was newly renovated in 2022 with a simple and functional decor. The style is bright and maritime, and although the cottage is small, there is plenty of room for 2 people and possibly also a small dog.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

Der er to enkeltsenge i hovedsoveværelset, og mulighed for ekstra sovepladser i stuen (sovesofa, gæsteseng eller gulvmadras). I det hyggelige “sommersoveværelse” er der to enkeltsenge (uden varme). Boligen, som er 100 kvm. er indrettet i to etager, hvor der i stueetagen er køkken alrum med spiseplads til seks personer plus en baby, køjeseng, badeværelse, soveværelse med dobbeltseng (180 x 200) samt en babyseng og på første etage er der opholdsstue med TV og soveværelse med dobbeltseng (140 x 200). Køjesengen måler i bredden 70 cm. og længden 1,90 cm. og er kun beregnet til børn og mindre/lette personer. Der er mulighed for en opredning på en madras på gulvet i stuen på 1. sal.

Nødvendigt service forefindes samt mikroovn og køleskab. På ejendommens 6 ha går af og til heste, naboejendommen er en af Danmarks største vingårde. Der er mulighed for dejlige gåture i området. Der er ca 12 km til Kolding og Fredericia . Indkøb ca. 6 km. ca. 35 km til Legoland. Der er ikke offentligt transport til os.

The home includes a living room with a wood-burning stove, a new kitchen, a dining room, a bedroom and a large bathroom with a shower. There is an outdoor dining area with a barbecue. Free parking in front of the house. The carport is private. All in all, a cozy home in fantastic surroundings.

In the main house there are two bedrooms each with space for 2 people. In the annex there is space for 4 people. - the annex is hearted by an electric heating machine in the winter.

Townhouse in ❤️ Af Juelsminde

Here you get a taste of the charming "old" Juelsminde. The house was built in 1929. In the front shop, I run a small cozy hairdressing salon, and in the “house” garage, our adult daughter runs a flower shop🌺, while the newly renovated back house + first floor houses the 74 m' holiday home. In the flowery garden, there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.

The apartment is close to the city center and shopping

Bed linen must be brought. Bed linen can be rented for DKK 50 or EUR 7.00 per person. Toilet paper and towels are provided upon arrival. Cleaning can be purchased on site for DKK 300.00 or EUR 40.00. There is fast wi-fi and free parking right at the door on the street 24 hours, don't worry about the 2 hours on the P sign. The front door code will be available when the booking is confirmed.

Lovely holiday apartment with opportunity for tranquility and immersion. Located within walking distance to Ballen with good restaurants and with its own path to the beach.
