Walking is the best option, especially since there is so much to see and explore in Condesa and other nearby neighborhoods, like Roma. All main public transportation is just a block away. The metro line that stops here, Chapultepec stop, takes you straight to the city center. If you prefer riding by car, Uber is always the most efficient, and quite cheap, option. Enjoy the Sun in a Stunning Colonia Roma Apartment's Terrace

Travel in style in this gorgeous, spacious and modern apartment in the city's best location. Roma is the city's trendiest neighborhood and this apartment on Colima Street is two blocks away from its heart, with plenty of great options for dinning, shopping and sightseeing. The building stands behind a recently restored classic Porfirian house, so you have modern amenities alongside the classic architectural style that made Roma famous. It's set up for around the clock self check-in, and we're fully commited to following strict guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing in these trying times. The apartment has a great layout with no wasted space whatsoever, and we've taken care to ensure that it's the kind of space that we would want to live in both in terms of absolute comfort and thoughtful decoration. It's located in a modern addition to an old Porfirian townhouse that's been recently gut renovated to preserve the iconic feel of the neighborhood in the front with more modern amenities in the back. The apartment features one bedroom with a king size bed and its own private bathroom with a rack for hanging your clothes. Outside the bedroom there's a small laundry room so you can wash and dry your clothes and beyond that a large living room / dinning room with an open kitchen and a toilet restroom. On the other side of the living room lies an open terrace to kick your feet up and enjoy the afternoon. Finally, there's a parking space available for you should you need it. We live four blocks away, so we can be avaliable on short notice if anything in particular comes up or if you just want to some pointers about cool things to do in the neighborhood, but other than that you'll have complete privacy to enjoy your stay as you see fit. Full of street life, the Roma neighborhood is one the city's premier spots to walk around and treat yourself to excellent restaurants, funky bars, hip stores and cool art galleries surrounded by some of the city's best architecture. Roma is centrally located, allowing you to walk towards many of the city's other highlights such as Downtown, la Condesa, Reforma Avenue and Chapultepec Park and Castle. The apartment's street is very quiet, but you're very close to major transportation lines. Metrobus Insurgentes is two blocks away, Metrobus Cuauhtemoc is six blocks away and major transportation hub Metro Insurgentes is three blocks away. There's also a taxi Station two blocks away in Alvaro Obregón, and the whole neighborhood is always full of Uber drivers looking to pickup fares. Major avenues such as Reforma or Avenida Chapultepec are in close walking distance from the apartment (nine and four blocks away respectively). Finally, the apartment has a parking space available for you if you're planning on arriving by car. Please be mindful whenever you step outside on the balcony. For safety reasons the sliding door can only be opened from the inside, so do not close it behind you if you step outside.

Newly remodeled, with two large bedrooms and a bathroom with shower with hot water. It is a perfect place to relax after an intense day in the exciting atmosphere of Mexico City. A full kitchen with a refrigerator / freezer, gas stove / oven. In the lower part of the building there is a laundry. Windows in all rooms, especially the window in the living room and a bedroom can be seen trees of the colony giving it a picturesque space. It is a neighborhood on foot. Beautiful flat equipped with everything you need for a great stay in Mexico City. It is located in the heart of the trendy Roma neighborhood, blocks away from the noisy night scene so you can rest peacefully. It´s on a second floor with street view and big windows that open up fully. It has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom. Big closets with a safety box for your important documents and enough space for your clothes and suitcases. The living room has a double size sofa bed with bed linen on so you can fold it out and go to sleep. There´s also a second full bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook as if you were at home. For your morning coffee there´s an Italian coffee maker and delicious blend from Chiapas. If you want to do laundry, there´s a washing machine and a dryer. Enjoy working from home with high speed internet of up to 120MBPS Both rooms are spacious and more important, it has super comfty beds. Sheets are very soft! Bathrooms are equipped with high quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towels are very soft and there is a hair dryer and a first aid kit. You will have complete private access to the entire apartment, which is fully equipped with high quality furniture, everything you need to cook, eat and drink. For entertainment there is a 48" Smart TV with Netflix, and a variety of books. I keep my welcome very short, don't really like to be invasive; but I'm always available for tips, suggestions, parties, etc... Historic downtown neighborhood which has been elegantly modernized. Surrounded by art galleries, markets, and restaurants, it neighbors Condesa and La Juarez. La Roma is known as one of the two culinary centers in town. Location is absolutely great, you can just walk to mostly all the interesting places. When going to a museum or tour you can take the subway or bike, these are also very near. There is a bike share station just across the street. Feel free to water the plants once a week. The building has 24 hour security and doorman.
