Apartment si located 450 m from the sea coast in very quiet area where you can enjoy in your complete privacy. While relaxing in our swimming pool or jacuzzi and drinking some coctail you will surely be amazed by the magical lights of the city of Split or the islands of Brac, Šolta, Hvar, Vis together with the stars above you during the night.

Villa Fortuna is a brand new holiday home with swimming pool and big spacious terrace, overlooking Adriatic see and Dalmatian islands. The space for the guest is located on a first floor which includes a private swimming pool, big spacious terrace with lounge area, garden with dining/grill area is available exclusively for guests. The property landlord lives on site at ground floor apartment, with separate entrance. We are family of 4 and will be at your disposal during your stay.

Adriatic Deluxe apartment is located in a small touristic village of Mali Rat. It's position between the cities of Split and Omiš offers possibility of exploring many tourist attractions in the area or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful beaches in the neighborhood. The apartment is located right above the sea and offers great sea view at the Split archipelago (islands like Brač, Hvar and Šolta). The apartment has 3 bedrooms. All necessary amenities are at our guests disposal.

Villa Grey with 4 bedrooms, Heated pool, Sauna

Villa Grey is beautifully designed with so many glass doors and windows offering nice sea views, a very bright and pleasant interior with sun in every corner, furnished with style and elegance. The house is located above the coastal road and a car is highly recommended to get anywhere (due to a bit of a steep location), but the location offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, the mountain behind, and the island of Brač. The nearest mini market, restaurant, bar is within 2km.

My Traditional Croatian Villa 190 m away from the sea is in residential, very quiet area of Split and can accommodate up to 10 people. Old town is only 10 min away along most beautiful waterfront Promenade. The nearest beach and beach bar are 200 m away. Park forest, Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are only 300 m away. Private garage for your car is 70 m away from your property. In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊

Ovaj novoizgrađeni apartman udaljen je samo par koraka od plaže. Savršeno je mjesto za sve one koji žele uživati u boravku na plaži i kupanju u moru. Pokraj apartmana nalazi se i bar (bar radi od kraja svibnja do kraja rujna) u kojem možete uživati u kavi ili se opustiti uz hladni koktel. The pool features a powerful counter-current swimming system, allowing you to swim endlessly without touching the wall. If both apartments (East and West) are rented, the entire house and pool are exclusive to your group (up to 12 people). Enjoy the beautiful sea view from the terrace around the pool.
