Our apartment in the village of Schwarz (Calbe/Saale) is part of an old four-sided courtyard in family ownership. Schwarz is just a stone's throw from the Saale Cycle Path and a few kilometers from the Elbe Cycle Path. If you close the courtyard gate, you leave everyday life behind in the courtyard under grapevines. Or you can start from here to the highlights of the region: Dessau, Quedlinburg, Harz, Magdeburg – but maybe just the next lake. Perfect for cyclists, families or to write your book in peace.

Cottage Loft in peaceful village

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft mitten auf dem Land. Genieße laue Sommerabende auf der Terasse oder kühle Herbst- und Winterabende vor dem Kamin. Erwache mit Vogelgezwitscher in den Bäumen und erkunde zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad die nähere ländliche Umgebung oder den Elberadweg. Flaniere in den Parks der ehemaligen Landesgartenschau in der nur 4 km entfernten Kleinstadt Burg und verweile bei einem Open Air Konzert auf dem pittoresken Weinberg.

Omas Linde

Our lovingly renovated half-timbered house is located in the center of the Havel city. You will stay on 3 levels. First floor: 2 bedrooms + bathroom Upper floor: kitchen-living room with sofa bed, toilet, terrace. Gallery: lots of books + 3 more beds. In a few minutes you can walk to everything you need: shopping, restaurants, cinemas and the river + boat rental. We also have plenty of beautiful scenery. Need more hustle and bustle? The train takes you to Potsdam, Berlin or Magdeburg.

Winter season update: Heating €5/day extra Double bed (140 × 200 cm), loft bed (70 × 185 cm), seating, shower, toilet and equipped kitchen. Fireplace, gas grill, hammock, chairs and table for outdoors, everything there :-) Close to nature and quiet. Perfect for families, hikers, cyclists, anglers... Storchennest with courtyard, playground & terrace

The 60 m² apartment with kitchen-living room, bedroom, living room with sofa bed for two people and bathroom is located in a separate part of our house with private access. A stork nest visible from the terrace allows the observation of a pair of storks year after year. In your 250 m² garden you can get one egg per person from the chickens every day! Seasonally, the garden also gives you apples, cherries, raspberries, strawberries, hazelnuts, elderflowers and various herbs.

Apartment in the Birkholz estate house

The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. The stylishly furnished separate apartment (155 sqm) with private entrance, underfloor heating, antique tiled stove, a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub next to the apartment's own terrace as well as a sauna cottage in the extensive park offers the possibility of a varied break in every season.

elbkreuz - living oasis

elbkreuz - is the title of your feel-good oasis directly on the waterway cross from the Elbe and Mittelland Canal - the Elbradwanderweg - and not far from the state capital Magdeburg. In this predestined location, you can indulge in endless walks through the woods and Elbauen with your family and pets, practice the piano, have your fitness room, your own small garden with pool, charcoal grill, parasol, small terrace oven and you are in the city in just a few minutes.

"The 24" in the Hoher Fläming

Not far from the Hagelberg, the highest elevation in the state of Brandenburg, you will find our small, lovingly ecologically fully renovated holiday home. In summer cool, warm in winter, clay walls and cellulose insulation ensure this. The water is heated by solar thermal energy; if the sun is not enough for heating, wood pellets are used. There is enough space for four to sleep. Welcome for families, couples, assembly workers. Pets are NOT allowed.

Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge.
