Chill-out area with two terraces with amazing views. Sole use of the house. Location: quiet, 2 parking spaces, shopping in nearby Hermagor, hiking trails in front of the house or on the surrounding alpine pastures, Presseggersee or the valley station Nassfeld in 10 minutes and the Weissensee in 20 minutes by car.

Arranged on three floors and equipped with all comforts, including Wi-Fi, digital terrestrial, kitchen/living room with fireplace, modern appliances, playroom and music area, it is suitable for all families, adults and younger.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Primula is one of the two Friland cottages in Val d'Arzino, where the woods become silent and the peaks light up on clear days. Between walks in the winter-wrapped nature and quiet moments in the warmth of the cottage, you can slow down, take a deep breath and reconnect with yourself, immersed in a simple and rejuvenating environment. As evening falls, the sky fills with stars, creating an intimate and profound atmosphere.

With a total of 111 square meters of living space, the Chalet Gailtal can accommodate up to 6 people. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open-plan living/ dining area offer you with over 6m room height enough space for a perfect holiday. Around 30sqm let you forget the time, while taking a look at the Harnische Hauptkamm. A fireplace and an outdoor sauna will keep you warm when you return home after a hard day's skiing.

Herrschaftshaus Theresienhof

Reside in the Theresienhof manor house. Built by Franz Ritter von Jakomini in the early 19th century. On just 120 m² you will find 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with dining opportunity for 6 people, a spacious living room, as well as bathroom and toilet separately. Wifi is just as much part of the basic equipment as washing machine and dryer. A fenced garden is ideal for children's play.

Cecilija's unique house at Lake Bohinj

The house is located at the eastern edge of Stara Fužina village, close to the church of St. Paul, at the foot of a hilly pasture and a walnut orchard. A popular tourist trail towards Mostnica gorge, Voje valley and Uskovnica mountain pasture passes the house, and the house is surrounded by a spacious garden with an old apple tree to provide shade.
