With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. The ideal place for your time out is in a small village on one of the largest nature reserves in Germany. Three sides with unobstructed views and a large orchard let you forget the stress of everyday life. It is not uncommon to watch deer or cranes in their activities. Built in 1912, the brick house is stylishly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. The lake in the village is within walking distance and by car it is only 30 minutes to the beach in Ueckermünde.

Sankt Unterholz is a house with 150 m² of living space and 600 m² of garden for up to 9 people in Kraatz; a small village in the Uckermärkische Seen Nature Park. The building, originally used as a stable, was carefully and ecologically converted by us into a holiday and work oasis and is ideal to simply unwind, work together on projects, do yoga, or simply do nothing at all.
