Cozy cottage with evening sun in the middle of Mellanfjärden with proximity to restaurant, deli and shop with basic goods. In the cottage, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, as well as a guest room in the "old house" next to the cottage with a double bed and a sofa bed. The guest has access to the whole cottage, the garden and barbecue. Close to several beaches both to the sea and to lakes. Duvet and pillow are available, please bring your own sheets and towels. The cottage is cleaned by the tenant before check-out.

Here you live directly on the beach. Be prepared to find the clay sand a little here and there. The night sky often offers starry nights and if you are lucky you can also see the northern lights. Bring your morning cup of coffee down to the beach and enjoy the sound of the sea. In summer, it is about 100 meters to the beach. Paddleboards and bicycles are available. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Here, nature is all around and you can enjoy the lake view. In winter, you can enjoy a ski trip or ice skating on the lake. Hassela Ski Resort is 30 minutes from here. In summer, you can enjoy swimming at the village's swimming area, 200 meters from the cottage, fishing or nearby activities such as horseback riding. About 20 minutes from Hudiksvall, car road up to the house. Here you live close to fishing, excursion destinations, skiing in Hassela, sea bathing, forests and everything else that northern Hälsingland has to offer. The accommodation is also equipped for video conferencing – perfect for both relaxation and work. We can arrange a fishing boat, canoe, guided fishing trips, boule, etc.

Fantastisk stuga med sjötomt! Bastu, badtunna och båt med motor. Lång brygga vid stranden och badflotten med hopptorn. Stugan ligger i ett område med 7 stugor men helt avskilt från grannar. 5min från E4. Affär finns 10min bilfärd från stugan. Stugan saknar elektricitet och rinnande vatten. Färskvatten förses under vistelsen med vattendunkar. Gasolspis med ugn samt gasolkylskåp. Badtunnan tillgänglig påsk- slutet okt. Water hot tub ok to use during Easter- end oct.

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. A big modern kitchen and a living room with a lot's of space. The house is close to Järvsö, the Bike Park and Järvzoo.
