Come relax with the whole Family at this peaceful newly renovated home with modern amenities and appliances in Port Ritchey, Florida. The villa sleeps 8 with a Sunroom / Lanai sitting area, and gaming for the kids. We are an hour north from the famous beaches in St. Petersburg, and 30mins to Tarpon Springs. Our house is centrally located and minutes away from restaurants, shopping and near by Hudson beach. Plus some of Florida's most famous springs with manatees and other wildlife's to see.

Elegance & Ease: Your Comfortable Stay

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. 2 spacious bedrooms and one bathroom. A lot of room in the living room &very relaxing in the family/Florida room with an exercise machine along with a mat & stretching wheel. A mini-desk with some game boards are also available. Three smartTV are provided: one in the kitchen/dining room, family room & one bedroom. I have a screen room with a glider & chairs (smokers are only allowed in the screen room & the porch) laundry is included.

This home is nestled next to thousands of acres of wildlife bird sanctuary. There are kayak trails to follow for hours. Redfish, Sea trout and Mangrove snapper are abundant. This beautifully decorated home is well stocked with anything you may need. There are 2 Kayaks, one two person and one single, 2 adult bikes, and fishing equipment.

Enjoy your perfect Hideaway in convenient to everything Port Richey. Relax in your private heated pool, or go fishing and kayaking right in your back yard. Central location is a short distances to the activities of Tampa and Clearwater Beach to the south and Crystal River to the North. Two private bedrooms with queen beds, plus a third bedroom with two twins and full laundry. Each room have TV’s. Enjoy the BBQ and gas fire pit, two kayaks and beach accessories.

Relax by your private outdoor heated year round pool or take a drive over to the sponge docks in Tarpon Springs to sample authentic greek cuisine. Want to swim with the Manatees or go scalloping? Then check out the nearby city of Weeki Wachee. Close to multiple beaches, state parks, restaraunts, and local attractions. Fishing poles and equipment on site to take with you to the beach or pier.

Living room (couch and love seat) TV and sound bar. Large eat in kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Large screen porch with table with seating for four. Close to beaches, golfing, and many restaurants. Tarpon Springs is only a short drive away.

Relax in this quiet, stylish home. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware, cookware, and spices to simplify in-home cooking. Outdoors has a pario set, grill, and firepit within a large, privacy fenced yard. Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. Boat or RV parking is not allowed per county ordinance.
