Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

Tolle Wohn-, Essküche, toller Balkon und ein kleiner Garten überzeugen. Ein Parkplatz am Grunstück kostenfrei vorhanden. Die Lage überzeugt! Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Heurigenbesuche.

Der Bungalow zur alleinigen Nutzung befindet sich direkt am Lehenhüttl-teich in absoluter Ruhelage/Einzellage und gehört gemeinsam mit dem Wohnhaus der Eigentümer zum erhaltenswerten Gebäude im Grünland. Der schöne Ort Jaidhof mit Schloß und Erholungsteich ist ca. 500m entfernt. Krems an der Donau ist ca. 18 km entfernt. Der Ort Gföhl mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist 1km entfernt. Am Stausee Krumau (10km) hat man die Möglichkeit zu einer Bootsfahrt.

Our newly renovated 90 m² house is quietly located close to the Danube and directly on the bike path. Krems can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. The house has a very large living/dining area. A very large bedroom with a double bed and a couch that can be pulled out. There is also a desk in the bedroom. Through the bedroom you can reach the spacious bathroom - including a large rain shower, bathtub, and double sink. The toilet is separate.

Time out from everyday life

Comfort and relaxation in a log cabin in a clearing in the woods. Dogs are also welcome. Breakfast is not included in the price. Please let us know if you require it. Whether you have a NÖ-Card or not, we are in a very central location for various tourist attractions such as Sonnentor, Arche Noah, Kittenberg Adventure Gardens and many more. The house is alive, so you might hear noises (e.g., woodworm) or see animals (e.g., ladybirds) visiting.

Fulfill a childhood dream – the overnight stay in the tree house between the treetops is unique, cozy and offers great views of the Kremstal. The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau!
