Location near Murnau. The sanitary facilities are located including washing machine in the annex. A shared kitchen is available for courtyard guests in the main building. The Riegsee can be reached on foot within 10 minutes including small economy, as well as kiosk. The Sindelsdorf motorway exit (A95) is about 8 min. by car from the property. Fire bowl,barbecue, parking space as well as a seating area in the adjacent garden are available. PS: Additional sleeping places are available in the courtyard.

Our house is located at 1300m near the forest. In winter, the slope passes in front of the house and the lift goes up behind the house. In summer, we are a little hidden away and can be reached via a short gravel road. The car park is right in front of the house.

For the children, there is a slide, a fence keeps small children at the house.
