Si trova a pochi passi dal mare, e passeggiando tra le barche a vela ormeggiate, e i tanti locali e ristoranti, si arriva in dieci minuti in Piazza Unita'. La zona e' molto ben servita, e si ha la possibilita' di prendere i vari collegamenti via mare per andare a Muggia, Grado, Lignano, Croazia ecc..
