Quiet little corner! Nice apartment with garden of 3000 m2, tennis court and gym. Ideal for discovering the region. 5 minutes from the Château d 'Anet and 20 minutes from the Royal Chapel of Dreux. Giverny, Versailles, Pacy sur Eure less than 50 minutes away. Various sporting activities: Golf, Canoe base on the Eure, Water base (water skiing...), GR nearby and plenty of other activities and visits. Possibility to rent bicycles for walking in the forest of Anet. All amenities within 1 km.

The studio is located on a quiet street, it is completely independent on the ground floor and offers a patio that is not overlooked, the city center and the castle are a few steps away. Parking nearby (opposite or church parking.) It has all the amenities to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Linens and towels are at your disposal as well as the essentials for lunch (coffee, sugar, chocolate, tea) and for cooking (salt, pepper, etc.) you will sleep in a BZ sofa bed (140/190).

A terrace in front of the accommodation, shared garden with us and intimate covered space of 35m2, table, barbecue, petanque court in the forest of 5 hectares. Our house and another gite are next door. (chickens, dog, cat in the wild)

Possibilité de garer 1 véhicule dans la propriété + parking gratuit dans la rue. Nous avons une caméra a l entrée. Draps & serviettes sur dde : lit double 25€, simple 13€
