The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. In addition to an old presbytery, we have built a small annex individually for us, for friends and guests. Some of them are modern, but they still have the charm of the past. A lot seems cohesive to us, some things are still going on. So, nothing is standard. What we don't think about yet and makes sense for guests can usually be added quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the Ackerkante, so it is located in a small, agricultural active village.

Landhaus Marie is much more than just a place to stay. You have an entire house only for you. Here is a place to feel good, switch off, relax and unwind. No noise nuisance, no real car traffic, but nights when it gets dark. New: The property is now completely fenced. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes by car. For the essentials, there is an old "consumption" in the neighboring village. Having a car here is seen as an advantage.

Great recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modern and country house charm make this a great vacation experience. All around is a nature reserve of European rank: the Peenetal - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides or boat tours on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And the best part: Usedom Island is about 30 minutes by car. Summer, sun and beach :)
