Welcome to Tona, a private rental accommodation with a panoramic view of Katsuura! We have renovated a luxury villa that is nearly 40 years old. Great location and great views. It's a spacious house, the kind you'd want to live in yourself. It is a 5-minute walk from Katsuura station to the accommodation. 3-minute drive to the sea and supermarket. Convenient store and shopping district are also within walking distance. Located on a hill in the port town, with refreshing breezes from the sea blowing through the living room. Super spacious, about 60 square meters, with kitchen, dining room, living room, and sun room all connected. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. One of the highlights is the large bath. The 120-square-meter single-story house is fully equipped with heated floors in all rooms, so you can have a warm and relaxing time even in winter. There is also an outdoor bath, where you can enjoy a relaxing time at night, watching the stars with the sound of the waves in the background. In addition, there is a private beach, swimming, and sunbathing just a 3-second walk away, and the possibilities are endless.
