This is a "very old building" that seems to have been built in the early Showa era. It used to be a Dried fish shop. It is a long, deep row house with a very unique construction. The inconvenience of glowing everywhere, such as the dirt room right from the entrance, a small living room, a steep staircase, and a slightly tilted second floor.We have renovated it to make it comfortable while retaining the appearance of the time. This is a story from a few years ago. I rented a vacation home with four families of friends in Kailua, Hawaii. I wondered if I could recreate the most enjoyable vacation rental near Tokyo?! And so, after searching the land along the coast of Chiba, we finally arrived here, in Hinata, Isumi City. We created "Hiali Plus" with a focus on a comfortable space and a pleasant environment for group stays. The Hiiro Coast, a 5-minute walk away, is a pristine beach in Minamiboso Quasi-National Park. There are few people whenever you go, and it is just like a hideaway. The water temperature is high until around October, so you can enjoy playing in the sea. Nice to meet you! This house is a renovation of my grandfather's villa. Right in front of the sea, enjoy! The location is the best! Beautiful sandy beach in front of you! There is a town swimming pool right next door.It is OK to expand the vinyl pool in the garden and parking lot! (I did that when I was little!) 10 minutes on foot from the station. Both supermarkets and convenience stores are conveniently located a 7-minute walk away. BBQ BBQ grills, tables and chairs can be borrowed for free. Please provide charcoal, nets, ingredients, and seasonings.BBQ is available until 20:00. Please be considerate of the neighbors. We installed a large screen 100 inch screen. It also serves as a TV.You can watch Hikari TV and Amazon Prime Video. If you connect the game with HDMI, you can do it with a big screen. Either way, it's on loan! It is a private accommodation, so please enjoy it relaxingly.Because we have renovated a villa before the war, there may be some inconveniences (such as insects and sand).Also, it is not suitable for those who want to have a big noise or party with a large number of people. From ☆the parking lot, walk 2 minutes along a narrow path that cars cannot pass, and there are slopes and stairs.(There are two sets of three steps) The ☆back is a forest, so we clean it carefully, but unfortunately, it is difficult for those who do not like insects to stay. There are no supermarkets or convenience stores within walking distance of the☆ inn.We recommend checking in after you have finished shopping.
