Paradise for bathers, athletes and nature lovers. Refurbished, air-conditioned beach house with 180 degree views of the Calanque, the sea and the Calanques Mountains. Numerous terraces, rooftop, swimming pool, and landscaped garden. Swimming within walking distance at the bottom of the house. Calanque access limited to residents only during the summer. Small restaurant of pizzas/fish 5 minutes' walk away. Aix TGV 30 mins away. Train station in the Calanque (Blue Train) with direct access to Marseille for 30 minutes.

The property enjoys an exceptional location with a view of the village of Roussillon. Out of sight, the large garden surrounds the house which nestles next to an ochre cliff. The 11-metre-long salt pool is lined with olive trees and lavender trees with the profile of the village on the horizon. Air-conditioned, the house is fully equipped with fibre, Canal+ TV, fireplace in winter and plancha in summer. Jacuzzi from November to March. Pool from April to October. Ideal for couples
