Charmant studio de 42 m2 entièrement refait à neuf, pour 2 personnes, situé en plein centre ville d’Issoudun. Le logement est proche de l’église Saint-Cyr ainsi que de la Tour Blanche. Vous trouverez une cour extérieure de 8m2 vous permettant de profiter des journées ensoleillées notamment le jacuzzi à votre disposition ainsi qu’une plancha et barbecue. Plusieurs commerces se situent à proximité. Veuillez noter que le jacuzzi n’est pas utilisable de novembre à mars.

Studio in a private house.

The studio is located on the first floor of our house, with independent entrance (new external staircase with non-slip steps). Guests can park your car in the courtyard or parking lot nearby if there is no more space in the courtyard. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 de Bourges motorway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station. A mezzanine with 2 90 beds is also accessible by a pretty original miller ladder. Ideally located, close to everything!

Every Thursday there is a large market with local products. Located in the heart of a tourist region between zoo (15 min from Beauval Zoo) and castles (Cheverny, Chenonceau, Chambord...). The Flanders gîte is ideal for spending good times with family.
