The "grottino" (NL-00003565) is a small detached house with two rooms: on the ground floor there is the living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cubicle, and on the first floor there is the sleeping area with a double bed. It can only accommodate two adults, and a private parking space is available a few metres away. There's no TV. A quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery, with a large garden for guests. It is 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona and 25 km from Locarno. HOLIDAY CARDS for everyone.

Fortini della Fame Apartment

Apartment(2.5) on the ground floor in a house of three apartments, nice view towards the floor, Lake Maggiore and mountains. Veranda, kitchenette, 1 bedroom, toilet with shower. NO fireplace. Shared garden and laundry room. Although the house is surrounded by woods and vineyards, it is only a 2-minute drive (15 minutes on foot) from the bus stop and a bar/bakery, and a 15-minute drive from the centre of Bellinzona. Bellinzona-sud motorway exit 5 minutes and 25 minutes on foot from the train station. Great for hiking and biking.
