Although the house is surrounded by woods and vineyards, it is only a 2-minute drive (15 minutes on foot) from the bus stop and a bar/bakery, and a 15-minute drive from the centre of Bellinzona. Bellinzona-sud motorway exit 5 minutes and 25 minutes on foot from the train station. Great for hiking and biking.
