Inside are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with kitchen-dining room, and a loft with sofa bed. Outside there are various shaded spaces, a shower and covered parking.

You are a 10-minute walk from the centre of Porto Azzurro and the beaches with a convenient parking lot. You can reach all the destinations without using the car. The wonderful Carmignani promenade is a 15-minute walk away. Along it, you will find Barbarossa beach, Reale beach, and Terra Nera beach with a fantastic, easy walk of an hour. You have all the services in the village, rental, market, doctor, pharmacy, etc. A private and fenced garden that is always cool.

In addition to the living room, a sliding door leads to a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the furnished terrace. Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
