Recently remodeled beach-front apartment in Isla Verde located between The Ritz Carlton & El San Juan hotels. Direct access gate to beach & steps away to other Isla Verde beach. Beach sanctuary. Very private balcony with a spectacular view and sounds of the waves. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, ice chest. Reserved parking spot in our secure lot. Coin laundry in building. Walk to supermarket, bakery, bars, hotels and restaurants. 3 minutes from SJU airport. Old San Juan is 7 miles away.

Salty Beachfront Apt w/balcony & WiFi

The apartment is a very cozy, warm place, completely air conditioned with an excellent ocean front view balcony. You will enjoy the best sunrises from your bed or balcony. The condominium has direct access to a great beach that you can do snorkeling, beach strolls, go diving, rent some water sports like jet ski, parasailing or take surfing classes. We are located in a Peninsula so you can decide from 2 different beach scenes. Also walking distance to various Hotels, bars, and restaurants.

Many hosts claim their view is the best but ours actually is, as the reviews will attest. This is a large studio on the top floor of a 12-story condo, located right on the sand, with a truly breathtaking view of the best beach in San Juan (rated #1 urban beach in the world by USA today), floor-to-ceiling windows, reserved parking, split AC unit, WiFi, and Roku TV, in a secure building with key-operated elevators.
