Shopping mall at 3-4 minutes walking distance. Quiet residential area, access to Netflix, 4K Roku TV, Bluetooth speaker, Wifi 7. Light continental breakfast included.

Awesome studio, great location in NDG - CITQ301611

My place is private, cosy, clean and convenient. It is a two-minute walk to Monkland Village which has great restaurants, grocery store, health store, coffee shops, bakeries and more. We are a 2-minute walk from the Villa Maria Metro station with access to Montreal city within 10-15 minutes and have free, non-permit parking outside the apartment. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with babies).
