Central apartment at top floor

Attractive apartment located very-first on Amager in classical redbrick property from 1924. Here you live centrally and with everything at your fingertips including within walking distance of Christianshavn Torv / Metro Station. (approximately 600 meters) The apartment: Beautiful and welcoming hall with access to all rooms. Lovely modern kitchen and bathroom with granite floor and white wall tiles. Bright living room with beautiful hardwood floors. An almost equally large bedroom facing the courtyard. You live on the top floor, get a little exercise by walking up to the fifth floor (or sixth if you are from the US). Please note there's no lift and 97 stairs from street level to the flat. There are plenty of shops, takeaways and coffee places in the area The apartment is easy to reach by public transportation: When arriving with train it's a 12-13 min busride with 5A og 2A from the central station. When arriving from the airport the traveltime to my apartment is around 17 min. Take the Metro and the jump of at 'Amagerbro St.' From there it's a 600 m walk.

Delicious topfloor penthouse-style duplex/ apartment in two levels, modern art and stylish danish design furnitures, undisturbed large privat sunny roof-terrace. Central location between the main train station and airport, very easy to get around with public transportation or using the 2 bicycles. Also quite close to the beach (see the map in the photos). Flexibel check in and out times. Free public parking in the street.

My residence is two minutes' walk from Hornbæk Plantation. It is a dog forest and takes only five minutes to walk down to the beach. A small apartment, in the corner of the farmhouse, on a disused farm. 400 meters from the forest. 4 km to lake with swimming bridge. Located right on the road with 6 km to Sorø and 6 km to Slagelse. 20 km to the beach at Stillinge. 75 km to Copenhagen. There are 2 golf courses in the area. Lots of history and a wonderful nature.

Brand new cozy apartment on the waterfront with wonderful sea view. The apartment offers a large bedroom with a kingsize bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, nice bathroom with shower. In the bathroom you also find the washer and dryer. Both from the livingroom and the balcony you have a lovely seaview.
