This unique architect-designed house is located in a peaceful cottage area by the scenic Skuldelev Ås. The large natural area on the protected ridge is forested, and from the top, where there is a magnificent view of Roskilde Fjord, a staircase leads down to an area with a bathing jetty. With a location within a reasonable distance from Roskilde and Copenhagen, the house is very suitable for guests who are looking for both nature and cultural experiences. Suitable for families. No parties. 6 beds (two bunk beds and one double) in the main house and a bunk bed and 1.5 man bed in the annex. Best suited for 6-8 people. Large terrace, gas grill, outdoor shower, trampoline. High chair, no crib. Cleaning is mandatory. Bring your own bed linen and towels. No smoking house.

Directly to the Fjord

Our summerhouse is situated on a small island, Oroe, in Isefjord. It sits on a bluff, almost at the end of a gravel road, with direct access to the fjord from the house. We provide Danish traditional summer house-hygge in natural surroundings with a twist of modern facilities. The house is our private home, open for guests only 10-12 times a year ( the original idea behind AirBnB) In general, we attempt to be as sustainable as possible i.e we always try to repair rather than to replace.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

We welcome you to our unique and atmospheric guest house, located in the countryside up to the state forest and close to Isefjord. Here you can spend your vacation as a hiker, cyclist, rider with your own horse, angler, kayaker, etc., as the surrounding nature offers rich opportunities. You are also very welcome to a long stay, where you can immerse yourself in an artistic or similar project in peace and quiet. The house has WiFi.
