Welcome to our architect-designed dream house of 110 sqm. The house is divided into three bedrooms, an orangery, bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room in the loft. From the loft, you can also access the roof terrace, which has a sweeping view of the Baltic Sea. The glazed orangery is the link between the living room and the bedroom area. Here you can sit and watch the stars or light a fire in the stove. The bathroom has a sunken bathtub in limestone. Bungenäs is a unique area free of cars, parking 800 meters from the house.

Here you live close to everything with a kilometre to the sea and the cosy Själsö fishing harbour. The newly built house of 132 m2 has three bedrooms (all with double beds), two bathrooms (one with double shower), large living room and kitchen with kitchen island. Fully equipped laundry room with entrance. In addition to this, there are 2 good mattresses for children to sleep on.

At fantastic Fridhem, about 5 km south of Visby, is this fresh accommodation with both private parking and a secluded location on a scenic plot. The beach at Fridhem is only a 5-minute walk away and barely two kilometers north you will find the children's favorite, Kneippbyn. Casaquarium on Fårö

Now we rent out our newly built summer island on Fårö so more people can enjoy the magical island and the amazing house. Here you can get peace and quiet in a beautiful surroundings whilst still being close to everything Fårö has to offer. When you come with the Fårö ferry, it is only a few minutes to our house. At the end of a dirt road, you can discern it through the pine trees. The nature around is beautiful and when the sun is setting between the trees, the tranquility really falls. Here you will enjoy.

Huset på 40 kvm är fullt utrustat för självhushåll, har året runt standard med värmeslingor i betonggolvet. Trevlig uteplats med matgrupp, grill, solstolar och solsängar. 5 km till flygplats och golfbana, 3 km till Själsö bageri, 300 m till Krusmyntagården m restaurang och butik, 200 m till sandstrand och allmän badplats. 18th century house at Stenstu manor

Unwind in this unique and harmonious 18th century home. The southern wing of Stenstu Herrgård has been recently restored and renovated. The limestone walls provide a calm and the new fully equipped kitchen makes the time off easy. Here you hang out in a beautiful, rural and secluded environment both inside and outside. Stenstu farm in Västerhejde dates back to the 13th century, located next to Västerhejde church and only 7 km south of Visby. It's a limestone dream close to most things.

Studio house by the sea

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.
