Wakeham is a minimalist house in a classical shell. It won the Country Life 'House of the Year' award. It is in the middle of our farm, with woods, valleys & a river, and stunning views of the South Downs. Its pool (closed from 10 Nov to 14 April) is 12ft deep and has 3m and 1m springboards . In winter there remain log fires, a tennis court, a brilliant sandpit, and access to lots of country walks. Great for short stays but also as a base for a few months for house-hunting newcomers. A very well appointed Four bedroom property within walking distance of Midhurst and adjoining the common and local park. The preverbal 'Tardis'! Great accommodation, well appointed to good hotel standard with a mixture of antique and modern furniture, really looks and feels like a great family home. 3 good double bedrooms, 1 single, 2,5 bathrooms including en suite shower room and bathroom also with shower, well appointed with stone floors and tiling. The Piggery, Henley Hill

The Piggery is a beautiful self- contained, detached converted Piggery set in landscaped gardens as part of Verdley Edge and nestled between Cowdray woodland and the stunning South Downs. With walks from the doorstep and an award winning country pub ‘The Duke of Cumberland’ in walking distance, this is perfect retreat from busy lives. The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Village Family home

This house is situated in the picturesque village of Stedham in the heart of the South Downs National Park. It is a beautiful spot overlooking the village green and it situated only a stone throw away from the open polo fields with public footpaths for ramblers. Fabulous cycle routes nearby, such as the South Downs way or Sepentine Trail and you can hire bikes locally in Midhurst. There is a village tennis court, West Wittering beach is only 50 mins away and sailing half an hour in Bosham.

The Pool House (for 2 Adults & 2 Children)

This unique, Architect designed self contained building, has a style all of its own. With an open plan kitchenette and island unit, including an oven, microwave, hob and fridge freezer, you can dine in or go out to the Market Town of Petersfield. The lounge area has a 72" TV with a full sky package and spare HDMI leads. There is a walk in shower wet room and a separate cloakroom. The bedroom is cosy, with a king size bed. There is a separate area with bunkbeds, for smaller children.

We have a wonderful variety of walks and mountain bike trails on the door step, in the local countryside and on the South Downs. Close to the village pub and 2 miles from Midhurst and Cowdray Park, which can be easily accessed by a level cycle path. Goodwood, several National Trust properties, Roman villas and the wonderfull sandy beach at West Wittering are only a short drive away.

Stunning Cabin with incredible views near Goodwood

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.

The Cowshed, Midhurst

The Cowshed is within walking distance of the centre of Midhurst. Midhurst lies in the heart of the South Downs National Park and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and a wealth of walking opportunities. Enjoy walking or mountain-biking on the South Downs Way (local bike hire available), explore the beautiful National Trust gardens at Woolbeding, Polo at Cowdray Park or the fantastic sandy beach at West Wittering. Goodwood is a short drive away.
