In the large outdoor spaces, there is a hot tub made with granite stones from the area, hammocks, sunbeds and a path inside the property that winds through centuries-old holm oaks. Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Casa Boutique Anto Isola d'Elba - Beach

Casa Anto, completely renovated in 2025, consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The room cannot be darkened. There are two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The house is accessed by an external staircase. The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

Southwest side, La Trappola, 1000 meters from the beaches, 500 meters from the Town Hall square, a young architect had fun creating modern open spaces with poor materials, fine finishes and vintage objects.
