You have a private entrance with cozy living room, bedroom and private shower/toilet. There is television, with Netflix and You Tube. AN EXTENSIVE BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. The Voorhuis of our national monument farm has been renovated into a fully luxurious suite with its own facilities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee where you can sleep, have been preserved. Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. Our cottage is located directly on the water and offers you the possibility to dock your boat at a 16 m long private jetty. Due to the south orientation of the property, the garden is in the sun all day long. The new, modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, gas stove, oven and microwave. Dear guests, unfortunately, I have been forced to increase prices by 12% for 2026, as the government has increased VAT from 9% to 21%. I hope you ALL come back anyway.

A perfect base for water sports, cycling/hiking and cozy villages.

Directly on the water, you can step into your boat from the garden. There are bicycles at your disposal to discover the picturesque villages of South West Friesland, although this can also be done perfectly from the water. The many windows and bay windows make it a sunny destination, 365 days a year.
