The penthouse is located on the third floor of a small residential complex (without elevator!) in Hard am Bodensee. The apartment consists of an anteroom, bathroom, a large bedroom, the large kitchen is integrated in the living room (with large sofa bed). The common garden can be used. Animals are not allowed in the apartment. In the immediate vicinity are shopping facilities such as Spar and Lidl as well as bus and train stations. It is less than a kilometer to the shores of Lake Constance.

Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.

The ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) can be reached within 40-60 minutes.
