Former Victorian Townhouse Turned Boutique Retreat

Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

The Cob is a self contained, newly renovated characterful detached annex to the left of our house, The Old Bakery. It is adjacent to well established "The Bakehouse" Airbnb. Situated in an idyllic quiet position overlooking historic Thriplow's village green. Just a minute's walk and you reach the award winning community run gastro pub or well stocked village shop. Only 8 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for visiting or working in the city or the surrounding area and 2 miles from IWM Duxford.

A comfortable self- contained annexe in the beautiful village of Coton. Enjoy the peaceful village location, surrounded by country walks, with the benefit of being so close to Cambridge . Enjoy a meal at our local pub The Plough which was recommended in The Times as one of the best UK pubs with beer garden 2021. A 10 minute walk to the Coton Orchard garden centre, farm shop , cafe and Post Office .A 5 minute drive to a local supermarket and Park and Ride-bus takes 8 mins to Cambridge .

This is a great place to visit Cambridge , just a few miles away, in a quiet spot , with sole use, off road parking, in a village with many amenities nearby. The Garden House is a quite new, single level, contemporary-style house. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen/living room. Bi-fold doors open onto the patio area and garden. The house sits in its own private garden and has parking for 2 cars. There is also an outbuilding (with tumble dryer and ironing facilities). The house is a calm oasis but only a few minutes from Cambridge and the Science Park.
