Rettenberg has about 1500 inhabitants and accommodates medium-size companies, crafts enterprises and farms. In the summer, as well as in the winter, you can find here many possibilities for relaxing and entertainment, such as hiking, north walking, mountain tours, biking or walks in the wild nature, with fascinating views of the mountainous scenery in the Allgaeu. Haslach is located directly on Lake Grüntensee at an altitude of almost exactly 900 m. Mountaineering - Skiing - Cross-country skiing - Excursions/Culture Guest card: You will receive the guest card for free use of public transport and numerous discounts in the Allgäu. Tourist tax: €1.40 per adult/night, €0.80 per child/night (6-15 years) to be paid directly on site.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. A pull-out sofa in the upper bedroom, as well as on the couch in the living area, can still be used for another 2 people with prior arrangement. Please see our website for detailed information.

Apartment in the outdoor area

Our outdoor apartment with magnificent mountain views of the Allgäu Alps offers a relaxing atmosphere amidst green meadows. Highlight of the apartment is the spa area with sauna, freestanding bathtub and rainfall shower. From here, as from the bedroom, you can also reach the balcony directly. In the large kitchen-living room with dining area there is a pull-out sofa, and the hallway gives access to a separate toilet. The apartment is completely new, as is its equipment.

Romantic hunting lodge / forest cabin, max. 17 people

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

Three separate bedrooms await you – each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom: perfect privacy for families or small groups. Our newly renovated family house has been furnished with attention to detail and gives you soothing peace. Large kitchen & dining area available. From here you can ideally start to discover the Allgäu nature hiking, cycling or swimming.

Studio apartment ZIRBE in Oberstaufen-Steibis

The apartment (approx. 27 square meters) offers a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a seating area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. A fridge, stovetop, toaster, kettle and coffee maker are also available. In addition to the price of the apartment, the spa tax must be paid to the municipality. This is 3 euros per person per night.
