The accommodation has solid basic amenities and is located in a small village on the edge of the forest. Here you can simply relax, enjoy great excursions into nature or to the Hohenwarte reservoir (Thuringian Sea), which can be reached on foot via a 1.2 km hiking trail. A historical clay house renovated with natural materials with modern comfort and heating in Tann sourrounded by beautiful nature. The kitchen is fully equipped. Also fireplace available. Ideal for hikers, bikers, riders. Skiing possibilities 15 min to drive. The historical center of Tann is nearby with nice Cafes, 3 castles and a small Museum. No smoking and no dogs and cats allowed in the house. Little garden in construction for use. Barn to store bikes and motorbikes.

Es gibt leckere Italienisch /Deutsche Speisen und selbstgebrautes Bier. Dort fährt ein Bus bis nach Erfurt. Fahrrad/Wandertouren sind vor Ort möglich.

The house is modern and the garden offers plenty of space for free development. Perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof in the winter months, and great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more for the rest of the year. The sauna and hot tub need preparation. If you want to use it, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in the summer by arrangement.

The 90 sqm holiday home offers a living room with open kitchen on two floors, as well as a bedroom with adjoining dressing room and a bathroom. The generously equipped kitchen offers the possibility to completely cater to yourself. The comfortable bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m wide double bed. If necessary, another sleeping place can be quickly arranged on the foldaway bed. As a special highlight, there is a sauna in the vacation home.

The cozy wooden house is located directly on the edge of the forest in a secluded location, within walking distance to the center (the nearest supermarket is 150 meters away). The climatic health resort of Masserberg, a UNESCO biosphere reserve, is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Hiking, cycling and cross-country trails are right outside the front door.
