Hi everyone! Welcome to my home located in Sommerécourt in Haute-Marne, a small village bordering the Vosges. Fully renovated house for short or long stays. Away from the village, the house gives you access to a nice walk or bike ride. We are 10 minutes from the A31 motorway exit. Perfect for a restful night before hitting the road again. The house can accommodate 4 people. The accommodation has been classified as furnished tourist accommodation since January 2025.

You will find the warmth of a good wood fire in winter and the coolness in summer thanks to its thick stone walls. The attic

In the middle of nature, spend a stay in a 16th century tower. It was once a dovecote, an attribute of the seigneuries in the east of France. You will be in the estate of Château de Roncourt and can enjoy its park of nearly 2 hectares. The tower has been fully converted into a home on 4 levels. In the shade of a cognassier, a small private terrace in front of the tower will allow you to enjoy the birdsong.

Quiet and comfortable renovated house. 5 min from the A31 highway exit (n°8.1). Ideal to get some good rest on the way to holidays. The village is surrounded by fields and hills, located at 3hours from Paris. A lot of space to park in front of the house. The first floor is yours. A large bedroom composed by a queen-size bed and a convertible sofa for two other persons. The kitchen leads to a garden.

My place is next to the hospital, clinic & gendarmerie school. It is perfect for couples, solo travelers or business travelers. It is located on a non busy street, very quiet, you can easily park in a private courtyard with location. A 5-minute walk away is a grocery store open until 11 p.m. and right across the street from the bakery. You can reach the city centre in about 10 minutes.

The MoNa Mill

Charming renovated house, located on the banks of the Marne, in a setting of greenery and tranquility. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue.
