Available for this New Year's Eve (Minimum 5 nights for New Year's Eve) Charming house on the lagoon, located in the central area of the city, a place for those who want the quiet of the lagoon or the excitement of the beach, it is 50 meters from the central beach. I built the house thinking about the place where I myself would like to spend incredible days. The sunrise and sunset are spectacular and can be enjoyed in the heated Jacuzzi. The house has a standup. Two double bedrooms, and a large living room, “extra” guests to be arranged.

We are Rodrigo and Camila, we are renting our home! The space in question has 4 rooms, 1 living room and kitchen together, a large bedroom and a social bathroom, sleeps up to 5 comfortable people on site. In the living room we have a sofa that converts to a bed or a mattress can be placed on the floor. Room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The kitchen is complete with utensils. On the land we have 2 more rental suites but that do not share anything with the guests of the main house, only the backyard.

The accommodation is simple, but it is gratifying to enjoy this space. You can walk around the entire space, visit the birds, fruits, ponds, woods, flowers. Space for children to play freely. With a natural pool, running water. Sand court for playing volleyball, peteca or soccer. We have a pond for guests to fish for free, the lambari/piava. A 35-minute trail in the dense forest to the top of the mountain, where we have a nice view of the region.
