The main Bedroom has a double bed, and there is a sofa bed in the sitting room which sleeps one with a Private kitchen and a bath. The kitchen has an Air fryer, toaster, kettle and a hob. We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

Park Lodge

Modern guest house suitable for everyone, built at the end of a garden. Giving guests all the privacy they desire. Entrance is available from the side of the property as well as access from the back of the guest house. The park is very close by, allowing for a quick escape to the peaceful outdoors. In addition to this, many shops are local, walking distance from supermarkets such as Tesco and Marks and Spencer, with a train station nearby, giving quick transport to central London.

Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court, Surbiton, and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.
