Very nice apartment located on the 2nd floor with elevator access. Its location in the hyper-center, 2 steps from the Opera will allow you to have a pleasant stay for professional or tourist reasons. With an area of 42 m², it can accommodate 3 people, has a large entrance, a spacious bedroom, a living room/kitchen with an extra bed for one person, a small shower room and separate toilet. Close to shops, bars, restaurants including the famous "La Cigale" brewery 100 m away.

Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. The apartment includes 1 large bedroom with bed 1 sofa bed and 1 single bed 1 fully equipped kitchen 1 x shower 1 wc You have access through the boiler room to the garden. You can enjoy your meals and rest there. Everything is quiet.
