It is also a 5-minute walk from the T1 tram that goes directly to the center, in front of the Île de Nantes and the La Beaujoire Stadium for soccer matches. The accommodation can also be used as a place to work, in a very quiet and green environment (no traffic, residential environment). Wifi available, parking in front of the house, tram stop and shops (around the church) 3 minutes' walk and SNCF train station 15 minutes' walk.
