In St Sauveur, 200 m from the shops, on a very quiet 300 m2 plot, the house is composed of 2 separate buildings. The kitchen/living room of 35 m2 is fully equipped. The building bedrooms contains 2 bedrooms included in the basic rate with new bedding (2 double beds or 4 single). A third bedroom with a double bed (or 2 single beds) not included in the base price can accommodate 2 more people. The bathroom is equipped with bath and shower. Separate toilet.
