Our Blue Flag TEKKE beach is a 1-minute walk away. Your 1+0 room, located on the garden floor of the villa where we live, has a separate entrance and is 40 square metres. Your room has a private kitchen and bathroom. Since we only rent out the room on the garden floor of the villa, there will be no other guests besides you, and you have exclusive use of the garden. There are restaurants, entertainment centres and a marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is a 15-minute drive away. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking.

Our villa is a duplex and consists of a living room, an American kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (+ WC) on the upper floor and 1 toilet on the lower floor. It is suitable for families and groups of multiple people due to the equipment and furnishings the house has. There are two balconies, upper and lower, and a large backyard. There is no parking problem. The closest beach is 10 minutes away, the Ildir-Çeşme minibus stop is 1 minute, and two supermarkets are about 3-5 minutes on foot. 10 minutes to Ilıca-Alaçatı, 12 minutes to Ildir by car.
