We invite you to one of our 6 houses - the LAS house. It is part of a complex we have created with 2 swimming pools, a large common area, and a playground. The house has 4 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces. It will be comfortable for 8-10 people, in the case of families with small children it will accommodate about 12 people. There are forests, lakes, walking paths and cycling routes in the area. The place has its own unique atmosphere and has already gained a lot of loyal fans. It is perfect for family stays.

Close to the western Masuria. 2 hours from Warsaw and Gdańsk S7. Perfect for slow life, remote work, vacation. Right on the shore of the lake and 100 meters from the forest (there are mushrooms) there is a new modern villa overlooking the lake from every room. Neighbors - over 250m from the house. The nearest store is 850 m away. Full equipment + attractions - rowing boat, kapoki, ping-pong table, bonfire place, scooters for children and bicycle. 5 minutes to Iława and restaurants (they deliver meals), swimming pool, cinema, shops. Fish are biting.

"Golden, yet Modest"

This unique place has its own style. This charming, year-round cottage was created for those who appreciate the proximity of nature, forest and lakes, but do not want to give up comfort. Fully equipped, with a kitchenette, bathroom and cozy space to relax, it can accommodate up to 7 people. It has two bedrooms with double beds, a sofa bed and a furton mattress. Outside there is a terrace with a year-round Jacuzzi and a view of the lake, a seating area, a barbecue, and a private garden.

Apartment in a terraced house on the first floor, 56 m2 with its own parking space and the possibility of charging electric cars (no wallbox), 200 meters from the beach on Lake Perskie, 1.5 km to the promenade on Lake Drwęckie and the Center. Mała Ruś lock on the Ostródzki Canal, Puzeńskie Lake and Drwęckie Lake. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a 32" smart TV, 160x200 beds. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, set of dishes, coffee maker. Terrace 10 m2.

You will find sports and recreational equipment such as bicycles, kayaks, SUP boards, which you can use in the beautiful natural surroundings of the Brodnica Lake District. Secluded log-house right at the lake Zbiczno. Surrounded by green grass and forest. Great area for swimming, kayaking, cycling, walking or just getting lazy on the beach. Separate garage building with 3 bicycles and 3 kayaks (incl. paddle and life jackets). Interior with grand open space with huge fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and mezzanine with working place.
