Just over an hour from Zurich, a beautiful recently renovated single house chalet situated on the piste allowing you to ski-in/ski-out. Large open plan living space with fire and garden. 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms. Fantastic location, stunning views. This spacious chalet is located on the top of a hill with a rare view on the surrounding mountains. The location is an ideal starting point for hiking and visits of the beautiful Ticino region. The pretty village of Nante is located 3 minutes walk distance. This unique property is ideal for families with children or for people looking for an oasis of relax and peace inside the nature. The house is reachable by car, just 5 minutes drive from the highway. Free WiFi is available in the house.

A beautifully restored house with three balconies and a barbeque area, all with a fantastic view over the lake. It is quiet in a small traditional village with no cars, only small passages between the houses. It is a great location for water sports, hiking, mountain biking, or just playing around on the beach. The house has an inflatable pool for kids. Dogs are welcome. Large public parks and beaches are at the waterfront, with a large activity center.
