The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

“DIMORA BADIA A PASSIGNANO” Vivrete una vacanza stupenda e ristorativa nel cuore del chianti classico. soggiornerete in un antico fienile totalmente restaurato in pietra con grande giardino recintato e un antico gazebo, adatto a gruppi numerosi e famiglie. le camere sono comode e spaziose per 8 persone. la ristrutturazione è stata eseguita finemente, tenendo conto di ogni minimo particolare estetico per poter farvi respirare l’antica tradizione toscana mixata con la comoda modernità.

The apartment is part of a typical restored Tuscan village. It includes a double bedroom with queen beds, a bedroom with two single beds, a large and spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need, a living room with armchairs, 1 sofa bed and a TV where you can relax, and a bathroom. The swimming pool is also available for guests to pamper themselves among the rolling Tuscan hills. In addition, the village is located halfway between two important Tuscan cities: Florence and Siena.

The first floor features a living room with a tower fan and a small pantry area (not a kitchen) for preparing a light meal or coffee. Please note: three flights of stairs connect the parking area to the accommodation.

"Guardo al Chianti" is a completely new apartment for 4 people, furnished in Tuscan style. It has a beautiful terrace overlooking the famous "Conca d'Oro in Panzano." Panzano is famous for its wines: Chianti Classico and Super Tuscan. There are 22 farms a few kilometers away that offer visits to the cellars and tastings of their wines and oil. The apartment is a short walk from the Coop Supermarket, Pharmacy and town center.

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
