The Old Painter‘s House, Ferienhaus am Wasser

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Experience your vacation at the historic farmstead Ippenwarf. Surrounded by the Fehntjer Tief, the apartment is in a secluded location in the middle of the countryside. We live on the farm ourselves and are available at any time. The house was newly built in 2022. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. You have the option to rent a canoe directly from us, go on long bike rides or walks, fish on the property and much more.

Beautiful cottage on the Ihler Meer

The cottage is located in a quiet cul-de-sac location on the Ihler Meer. Shopping, pharmacy, the monastery of the Ihlower Forest, as well as the swimming beach of the Ihler Meer can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike. Ihlowerfehn is an ideal location to explore all of East Frisia. Various coastal regions can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant with beer garden as well as a beautiful playground.

We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! Welcome to our house by the sea! A cute townhouse in a quiet settlement not far from the dyke and Wadden Sea. It is bright and cozy. It is heated with an organic infrared heater and otherwise we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable. Through the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view of the field. Everything seems wonderfully relaxing.
