We accept pets, with an additional R$70.00 in the single cleaning fee. The apartment is gorgeous, all redecorated, new appliances, revitalized furniture and new wardrobe to offer all comfort to our guests!

Embrace simplicity in this quiet and well-located place. At the back of the condominium is the lagoon, almost private. The condo has a barbecue, sports court and game room. The apartment has a double bed, one double sofa bed and two single mattresses. In addition to fridge, microwave, stove, toaster, coffee maker, fan and TV. We have wifi. We do not accept animals.
