You are welcome to my house which offers all my guests 3 bedrooms, one big Master suite with bathtube and tv, ar conditioner, closet, 2 extra bedrooms total of nine beds, 1 bedroom with Air conditioner. A comfortable dining room, it has a big 6 chairs table, 3 sofas, 60' TV. A kitchen equiped with all for your comfort. A big Garden ,pool,gourmet area, laundry, parking área, all you need to relax and enjoy good days in a houve very close to the beach and City markets.

The house is simple but there is no lack of charm and coziness, an excellent space to enjoy special moments with family and friends. It has a nice balcony where there is a breeze coming from the Lagoon and behind a small space with a barbecue and a delicious shower to cool off. It has an excellent location for having access to Lagoa on foot and for being a very quiet street. It has kitchen utensils available and a smart TV in the living room. We do not accept PETS.

Relax with the whole family, in the house with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, swimming pool, barbecue, backyard, Wi-Fi, garage, house in the city center, three minutes to the lagoon, two minutes to the Mirante de Iguaba, five minutes to Ubás beach, eight minutes to the beautiful beach and 30 minutes to Cabo Frio. Close to bakeries, markets, pharmacies and hospitals.

An open living space features two sofas and a dining area with a table and seating for six. Large windows allow natural light to fill the room, while a kitchen with modern appliances is visible in the background. Neutral colors enhance the room's spaciousness.
